What are the benefits of the eSIM App?
By having the eSIM App installed on your Dual SIM device, you’ll be able to buy roaming data plans whenever you need them. No commitment. No strings attached.
With an eSIM-enabled device, you don’t have to wait for a physical SIM card to be posted or go and collect one at a shop. Just use the voucher provided to you by our partners and the eSIM profile will be installed upon your voucher installation.

Will my physical SIM still work while the Itoorer eSIM is installed?
Yes! The Dual SIM Dual Standby technology in compatible iPhone or Android models lets you remain connected with your physical SIM and your Itoorer eSIM simultaneously. You can select which of the two SIMs you use for data connectivity.
What unlimited data plan means?
Besides from benefit of our worldwide calls, digital guides and much more… the daily rental of the app also includes a data plan. According to your purchase or voucher you may have data plan with a quota of 500MB/day, 1 GB/day or unlimited.
For unlimited plans our Fair usage policy applies.
Daily quota begins from the time your rental started and include a full 24 hour cycle.
How do I buy an Itoorer plan?
Firstly, download the eSIM App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and open it on your compatible device.
There is two ways of getting a plan. You could get a voucher from one of our partners or you can purchase the plan in app (only in some versions).
If your App has the built-in buy, to purchase the plan in the app you’ll need your Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit card handy, or you could use Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Once you’ve purchased your plan or imputed your voucher, the app will launch the eSIM helper, which downloads an eSIM profile onto your device. You’ll be connected to the network within a few seconds. Don’t forget to turn on roaming switch ON for our SIM.
Is it possible to buy multiple plans at the same time?
You may only use one plan at a time. However, you can purchase a maximum of five plans at once. This is useful if, for example, you are already using a European plan but travel to Australia. As soon as you land and buy a local Australia plan, the app will detect your location and automatically switch to the Australian data bundle. When you return, and if your European plan is still active, the app will revert to your European data bundle. If this does not happen you can alternatively change de Active eSIM on your device.
What is the Voucher?
Use your prepaid voucher to activate the app and gain access to all our services (internet hotspot, worldwide calls, digital guides and much more).
Make sure your voucher has not been previously used and that your print or image is not Too blurry.
Scanning a Voucher QR Code will give you access to a data plan. In this case you can enter the eSIM App, click the “Scan QR Code” button, point at the QR Code through the camera or select an image from your phone’s gallery. The code will be automatically inserted into the app.
If you have received your voucher through email, there is a link where you can download the QR Code image into your phone’s gallery.
What is the Rental Agreement?
Check your booking confirmation which should include a “Rental Agreement” code for the eSIM App service usage; upon opening the eSIM App this code will be requested; simply input it to activate your travel package and enjoy all the services included.
Your booking confirmation will include your Rental Agreement code which you can input manually when entering the eSIM App, or in certain cases it might be a Barcode; in this case you can open the barcode reader using the button, point at the Barcode and the code will be automatically inserted into the app. Then click “Let’s Go!” and the App will start provisioning your eSIM.
Remember: make sure the roaming switch is ON when using an eSIM App plan.
How would I know which plan is being spent if I have multiple data allowances in my account?
If you have purchased more than one plan, each of them will show up on the App Menu > Vouchers screen. If more than one plan is available to use in your location, they will be used up in the order that you bought them. In other words, the first data bundle you buy will be the active plan—it will appear above the queued plan(s) and consumed first.
Should data from your active plan run out, it will disappear from the screen and the app will switch you to the queued plan’s allowance automatically.
In the case that only one plan is available in your current location, it is this plan that will remain active—regardless of when you bought it. The other will be greyed out until you connect in a location the plan supports.
Buying a plan before you travel
Congratulations, you’re planning ahead. So, along with buying your travel insurance, checking your passport and booking hire cars, you can now purchase your data connectivity in advance.
Our browse-and-buy feature allows you to buy a plan up to 30 days before you travel. Input the country or region where you are traveling to, choose the plan that works best for you and select your rental start and end date.
You’re about to purchase a daily rental plan, so you’ll need your Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit card handy (unless you prefer to use Google Pay or Apple Pay, which is fine too). Once you’ve purchased your plan, the app will launch the eSIM helper, guides you through the process of downloading the eSIM App profile onto your device (please remember that in order to proceed You must accept all warning presented). You’ll then, be connected to our network within a few seconds.
(NOTE: Your Phone will automatically switch to this plan even if you’re not planning on using it yet. You should switch back to your primary network through Settings > Mobile Data)
You’ll be able to see the plans queued up in the My Vouchers option if your rental as not started yet, or in the Menu > Vouchers If it has already started.
Remember: make sure the roaming switch is ON when using an eSIM App plan.
